1. How does Computerworld it-jobbank work?
How do I post my job ad?
You post your job ad through our skilled customer service team. Please send your job ad as a Word document (not a PDF) along with your logo and the location of the vacancy to produktion@it-jobbank.dk.
If we receive your email before 3 pm any weekday your job ad will be posted online that same day. We notify you via email once your job ad is online. Your job ad is online for 30 days unless you request a shorter period.
Post detailed and attractive job ads
To attract the best applicants it is important to describe the position and job responsibilities in great detail. Moreover, you can make your job ads more attractive by using a Customised Graphic Template.
Manage your applications via our online application system
With Computerworld it-jobbank QuickApply, you get access to a free online application system that helps you manage your next recruitment in a smarter, simpler and more professional way. All you need to do is post a job ad on it-jobbank.dk and you’ll automatically gain access to the system – free of charge.
2. What will my job ads look like?
We create a catchy and descriptive teaser text that will appear in the search results. The description in the teaser helps jobseekers get an idea of what you are looking for – which helps them determine whether or not to consider your vacancy. You can also personalise your job ads by using a Customised Graphic Template.
3. How long is my job ad online?
Your job ad is automatically online for 30 days from the day we post it. If you wish to extend the online period, you will be invoiced for another 30 days unless you purchased a solution that includes a re-posting guarantee.
Once you have received sufficient applications, we will to take your job ad offline. Please contact our customer service team at produktion@it-jobbank.dk or +45 70 22 93 00.
4. How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice.
5. How will applicants find my job ad?
Applicants have several ways of finding your job ad. They can search via key words, category, geography, experience, etc., and/or a combination of these options. Furthermore, many relevant applicants will receive your job ad via Computerworld it-jobbank’s Job Agent.
6. How do I receive applications?
QuickApply
With Computerworld it-jobbank QuickApply, you gain a simple overview of all applications and access to mail templates such as confirmation of receipt of application, invitation for job interview and rejection letter. All you need is a job ad at it-jobbank.dk and you will automatically gain access to the system – free of charge.
If you would like to receive applications via the “Apply now” button in the job ad, please provide the email address you would like applications sent to.
